Model 2005: Continuous Thickness Gage: For small finishing mills, precious metals mills.

Designed to meet the specific needs of lower speed, light application mills where guarding of the "C" frame or transducers is not a requirement.
Ideal for mills processing precious metal strip or flat wire, the model 2005 provides the ultimate in measurement accuracy at an affordable price.

Gage head is comprised of a "C" frame bearing pivot mounted between the guide rollers.

Dual Electronic Transducers (LVDT), positioned to contact opposite sides of the strip, sense material through two highly polished, premium grade diamond points. The sensing points, set in Invar #36 to ensure thermal stability, are shaped and polished to practically climate the posibility of marring material surfaces

Fully manufactured in America.
